Principal’s Message
Welcome to Endeavor Elementary- Home of the Navigators!
As principal, I am honored to serve the Endeavor community. I have been a proud navigator since I walked the Endeavor halls as a first-grade student! I have had the privilege of learning, subbing, interning, teaching, and now leading at Endeavor Elementary.
One of my goals is for all students to feel prepared and inspired as they navigate their bright futures. Together with families, the Endeavor community empowers students to have a superior academic experience, learn essential life skills, and foster boundless opportunities. At Endeavor, we are committed to safety, people-first values, integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
My focus is on the well-being of the whole child. At Endeavor Elementary, we have GATOR houses. The house chooses the navigator! Whether you are in Gracious, Vigilant, Leadership, Focus, or Honor, we are five houses and one Navigator family. The house system fosters opportunities for a sense of community and belonging. Imagine being able to connect with students and staff across the campus!
I encourage all parents and guardians to be engaged and empowered in their child’s education. We cannot do it without you! Please contact me if you need anything. I am here for you! Joni.casamento@ocps.net
I look forward to meeting all our Endeavor Navigator stakeholders! We are going to accomplish wonderful things together!
Thank you for your unwavering support,
Dr. Joni Casamento
Proud Navigator and Principal of Endeavor Elementary
